By enrolling in any Apex Research Collective ("ARC") programme, each student and their parent or legal guardian are jointly and severally bound by these Terms.

ARC Background IP: All curricula, frameworks (FINER, SCR, CEW), rubrics, AI prompts, mentor feedback, contact lists, know-how, and data provided by ARC.

Student-Only Raw Data: Data created by students without using ARC Background IP, not incorporated into any copyrightable output.

Programme Work: Any work created during or in connection with the program, including anything containing, derived from, or edited/reviewed ARC-provided know-how and data.

Final Book: The collective volume(s) resulting from the program.

ARC Background IP remains the exclusive property of ARC. Student-Only Raw Data belongs to the student, but they grant ARC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license for use in the Final Book. All rights, including copyright, in Programme Work and the Final Book vest exclusively in ARC upon creation.

Students waive all moral rights in Programme Work and the Final Book where permissible by law; otherwise, consent to acts that might otherwise infringe these rights.

ARC grants students a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-commercial license to use their published chapter in personal portfolios, university applications, academic presentations, and non-commercial repositories. Commercial exploitation requires ARC's prior written consent.

Students and their respective parents and guardians agree to keep ARC Background IP and any non-public mentor feedback confidential for five (5) years after your last day of enrollment.

Breaches of academic integrity, harassment, or unauthorized disclosure of cohort work will result in removal without refund and forfeiture of any authorship credit.

ARC's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the program. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes will first go through non-binding mediation under HKIAC, then to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts if unresolved.

ARC may update these Terms by posting a revised version online. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ARC regarding IP and participation, superseding all prior agreements. In the event of discrepancy between different languages of these Terms, the English version will always prevail.

违反学术诚信、骚扰或未经授权披露小组作品将导致被开除，不予退款，并丧失任何作者署名权。

ARC 的总责任仅限于为项目支付的费用。任何一方均不对间接或间接损失承担责任。

本条款受香港法律管辖。争议将首先通过香港国际仲裁中心的非约束性调解解决，如果未能解决，则由香港法院专属管辖。

ARC 可通过在线发布修订版本来更新这些条款。更新后继续参与即表示接受。
